Hollinby® Return & Refund Policy

At Hollinby®, we want every customer to love their press-on nails. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help with our cancellation, return, and refund options.

Cancellation

We accept order cancellation requests before the order has been shipped or processed.

If your cancellation request is approved, you will receive a full refund to your original payment method.

Please note that we are unable to cancel orders once they have been shipped or entered the fulfilment process.

Returns (If Applicable)

We accept returns for eligible products. Customers may request a return within 14 days after receiving their order.

To be eligible for a return:

The product must be unused and in its original condition.
The product must remain in the original packaging.
Proof of purchase or order confirmation is required.

Please do not send your purchase directly back to the manufacturer.

Customers are responsible for ensuring returned items meet the above requirements.

Shipping costs will only be charged once where applicable (including return shipping). No restocking fees will be charged to customers for returned products.

Refunds (If Applicable)

Once your returned item has been received and inspected, we will send you an email confirming receipt.

We will then notify you whether your refund request has been approved or rejected.

If approved, your refund will be processed, and the payment will be automatically returned to your original payment method within the applicable processing time.

Late or Missing Refunds (If Applicable)

If you have not received your refund yet, please follow these steps:

Check your bank account again.
Contact your credit card provider, as refunds may take some time to appear.
Contact your bank to confirm whether additional processing time is required.

Before sending any return, please contact the Hollinby® Customer Support Team to receive the correct return address and instructions.
