Submitting a cancellation request within 48 hours does not guarantee that the order can be cancelled.

If the order has already entered fulfillment, packing, or shipment, we may be unable to stop it.

If an order is successfully cancelled before shipment after payment has been collected, the applicable refund will generally be issued to the original payment method.

If the order has already shipped, the request will generally need to be handled under our Return and Refund Policy, subject to applicable law.

Nothing in this section limits any mandatory cancellation or withdrawal right available under applicable law.

11. Shipping and Delivery

Hollinby primarily serves customers in the United States and offers standard domestic shipping to eligible addresses within the 50 United States. International shipping options may also be available at checkout, depending on the destination, shipping services offered, and applicable delivery restrictions.

Our standard U.S. shipping arrangements are:

Order processing: 1–2 business days
Estimated shipping transit: 7–15 business days after dispatch
Standard shipping charge: US$2.99 per order
Free standard shipping: Available when the discounted merchandise subtotal is greater than US$29.97

A discounted merchandise subtotal of exactly US$29.97 does not qualify for free standard shipping.

The free shipping threshold is calculated using the merchandise subtotal after applicable product discounts and before shipping charges, taxes, and other separately charged amounts.

For eligible U.S. orders, a discounted merchandise subtotal of US$29.98 or more qualifies for free standard shipping under this standard threshold.

For international orders, shipping availability, applicable shipping charges, and estimated delivery information depend on the destination and the services offered at checkout. The U.S. standard shipping charge and free shipping threshold do not automatically apply to international destinations unless expressly stated at checkout.

Order processing time and shipping transit time are separate periods. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed delivery dates unless expressly stated otherwise.

Please ensure that the recipient name, street address, unit number, city, state, ZIP code, and other required information are correct before submitting an order.

If you notice an address error after ordering, contact us as soon as possible. We will review whether a correction can be made before dispatch.

Once an order has entered fulfillment or has been transferred to a carrier, an address change may no longer be possible.

Delivery may also be affected by carrier operations, weather, access restrictions, incorrect addresses, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.

For a voluntary return based on a change of mind or another non-quality-related reason, the product should generally be unused, unmodified, and returned with its included components and accessories.

Please contact us before sending any product back. If a return is approved, our customer support team will provide the applicable instructions and authorized return address.

For voluntary non-quality returns:

The customer is responsible for return-shipping costs.
The original US$2.99 standard shipping charge, where paid, is generally non-refundable.

If an item arrives damaged, defective, incorrect, or incomplete, please contact us within 7 days after delivery so that we can review the issue promptly.

For seller-responsibility issues, Hollinby will review the circumstances and cover applicable reasonable return-shipping costs where appropriate.

Refund eligibility, inspection, processing time, and other conditions are governed by our Return and Refund Policy.

The voluntary return period does not eliminate any statutory right or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
